Playing a crucial role in optimizing construction equipment’s (CE) performance, FFPL’s filtration solutions adhere rigorously to Fit, Form, and Function standards. This commitment leads to substantial reductions in service requirements which maximises change intervals, lowers overall maintenance costs, thus improving TCO to a great extent. The inclusion of synthetic media in the liquid filters is pivotal, ensuring consistent efficiency and extended filter lifespan. This guarantees not only optimal performance of the equipment, but also extends the overall longevity of the engine and driven equipment.
 
Any specific data or metrics showcasing the effectiveness of your filters (e.g., particle removal efficiency, flow rates)?
In assessing the effectiveness of our filters, FFPL presents compelling metrics across diverse applications. For air filtration, our products boast an impressive consistent efficiency rating exceeding 99.99% over the complete operating life at lowest flow restriction. In compliance with CEV Stage V requirements, our hi-tech NanoNet® Fuel Filter media can achieve an efficiency of greater than 99% for 4 micron particle sizes, and Advanced Fuel Water Separation architecture separates more than 95% of the water mixed in fuel. Our Hydraulic Filters are designed filter particles up to 5 microns, to adequately protect the expensive hydraulic equipment and maintain the hydraulic oil cleanliness levels thereby ensuring longevity of the rotating and reciprocating parts.  The robust and consistent performance of our filters helps in sustaining optimal functionality for construction equipment.

FFPL’s commitment to innovation shines through recent advancements in our construction equipment filtration solutions. We’re proud to introduce a few notable innovations that exemplify our dedication to staying at the forefront of technological developments. The implementation of an advanced 3-stage water separation architecture ensures consistent water separation efficiency of more than 95% over complete life span of the filter, particularly safeguarding the fuel injection equipment from harmful effects of water entry in construction equipment. Further to this, the introduction of an Automatic Water Drain System in Fuel Water Separators (FWS) effectively drains water without manual intervention. These innovations showcase our ongoing efforts to stay at the forefront of technological advancements in filtration, providing our customers with advanced filtration solutions.

Technical collaboration with our joint venture partners, Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. USA (erstwhile Cummins Filtration Inc.) brings in strong knowledge and experience in latest engine technologies translating into world class filtration solutions.

Our best-in-class product development practices ensure the shortest time to market. To validate and fine-tune these solutions, we conduct field trials through our dedicated Field Service team.
